Grout and Tile Repair

Many factors contribute to the breakdown of grout and tile. Whether your it was installed improperly, or if it has been exposed to caustic chemicals, we can repair or replace any variety of your floor.

We provide two different options for Grouting: –

1. Cemented Grout – Grout lines will be filled with cemented grout.
2. Epoxy Grout – Grout lines will be filled with Epoxy grout

Grout Colour sealing

Grout is very porous and should be sealed to prevent staining. In this Process, we seal the grout with easy-to-use waterborne epoxy that re-colours, seals and rejuvenates existing grout joints. It provides maximum stain protection and change the appearance and colour of your faded, stained or patchy grout.

Proper maintenance is important and easily accomplished.

• enhances grout colour looking almost like new
• Uniform grout color throughout the area

Re – Silicone

We remove old caulking or silicon, prep all area’s to be caulked so it’s as clean as possible to give the best bond possible for the new caulk. We only use high quality silicone, we spare no expense when it comes to the products we use.

Shower Glass Restoration

Glass showers allow maximization of a bathroom space, and offer an extravagant, spa-like ambience. But glass does deteriorate over time.

Main causes for this: calcium deposits from your hard-water source, bacteria/scum filling the pores of the glass itself, and the level of acidity/alkalinity of your water.

While new shower glass will gleam and sparkle, it’s only a matter of time before one or all three of these deterioration factors occur.

In Restoration process we first clean the glass to the possible extent. Then we also provide the option for sealing the Shower glass with advanced Nano-coating.

Tile and Concrete Sealing

We use premium grade, high performance penetrating/impregnating stone and tile sealer. We use water-based sealers which are formulated to provide maximum stain protection. Cured area is mostly mould and mildew resistant and lasts for years.
